Speaking about the assassination attempt in Rinas, former MP Asllan Dogjani said that yesterday's bloodshed showed that the state is gripped by crime and collaborates with criminal groups.
According to Dogjani, the assassination, based on the way it was carried out, was carried out with cooperation within the State Police. Dogjani said that a part of the State Police is linked to crime, while according to them, there are also recruitments of mentally disabled officers.
" The bloodshed yesterday in a place that is supposed to be the safest place, in the direction of the Airport, shows first and foremost that we have a mafia in Albania. The assassination was mafia-related. We have criminal groups that control the territory and are more capable than the State Police."
If you look at the way the assassination was organized, certainly with the cooperation within the State Police, it shows extraordinary good organization. On the way, I was thinking that the state should perhaps gain experience from criminal groups and be trained! If the Police were more capable than them, they would prevent many crimes that occur in Albania.
Yesterday's bloodshed shows a state that is gripped by crime, tired, weakened, exhausted, that collaborates with criminal groups. That serious event has sent panic, fear, anxiety to citizens. Those who have moved for so long without fear of the police, have a connection with the police, not only because Gilmando Dani's driver was a police agent.
These organizers who carried out the mafia execution should be investigated as they may have a connection with the police, the director, etc., because it is impossible for 4 people without police support to stay and execute in such an area. I doubt that these are related. At the moment Dani passes through the checkpoint, a simple citizen is not passing through, if the police were to inform you that so-and-so is passing through... An investigation is required.
How is it possible that murders, terrible criminal events occur in this country, and no one resigns. Do these people have moral responsibility?! The responsibility must go to the minister, the prime minister, because he has declared that their heads should be cut off. Albania today is in its darkest days in terms of public order and security.
"A part of the police is connected to crime. We see police officers who join the State Police who are mentally disabled. Police officers who do not know how to write and communicate emerge. The police must leave politics and have an independent police force ," he said in the news edition on Mcn TV.
