Journalist Klodian Tomorri says that SPAK is maintaining a "pull and don't tear" approach in the case of the Tirana incinerator. The fee of 29 euros per ton that is paid today provided for the deposit and incineration of waste. Today we do not burn waste because there is no incinerator. So it can be considered as money that was stolen, moved abroad in bags. It is a scheme built on fraud involving many government officials.
What we know is that here we have people involved from several ministries, from several state institutions. These are coordinated only from the very top, but SPAK does not answer this question. An investigation has the obligation to go to the end of clarifying an affair. This is an affair and what we need to know is who the beneficiaries are. For the citizens, the most important thing is to recover the money.
