Fredi Beleri has again lost the battle with justice. For more than 6 months, he has been trying to be sworn in as the mayor of Himara, but he has not succeeded. Today he fought his next battle, appealing a decision of the Directorate of Prisons, which refused to give him permission to be sworn in as mayor. The court rejected the appeal, not allowing Beler to take the oath.
But what attracted attention was the fact that GJKKO was "occupied" by Greek minorities, the Greek ambassador, PBDNJ militants and a large number of Greek journalists. In fact, the Greek media broadcast LIVE the moment when the court's decision was announced, while the Greek journalists reported with aplomb. The representatives of the Greek minority protesting in front of the court also took out a banner, not allowing the Albanian media to report, but only the Greek media.
Meanwhile, in the courtroom when the decision was taken, they burst into calls: "Shame", Shame", "Down with the dictatorship".
