In the flow of foreign investments in Albania, the expenses of Turkish enterprises occupy a major weight. Turkey ranks among the top 5 most important countries for our country in terms of investments, after the Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada and Italy, writes A2.
The increase in economic cooperation has made their value follow an upward trend, reaching 1.1 billion euros in the first half of the year.
"We see the interest of business in Albania differently. We see that the evolution of business made Turkish businesses invest more. This level of business has continuously attracted investments in various fields".

But the attention of Turkish businesses this year is also attracting the tourism sector, which they see as a potential to further develop by bringing international experience.
"The sectors that have attracted attention are the construction, tourism and health sectors. But especially tourism has become a main goal since we offer our experience which is successful in Turkey".
As for trade relations, Turkey is one of the countries that Albania has exported and imported more goods to this year. INSTAT data show that the value of Albanian goods sold in Turkey in the first 6 months of the year reached 2.7 billion ALL. While we bought about 66.2 billion ALL of Turkish products, reports A2.
Making Turkey the most successful in trade exchanges, as the trade deficit reached 63.5 billion ALL by June.
As a goal, Turkey has the achievement of trade volumes in the amount of 2 billion dollars. Turkish investments in Albania got a boost even after Prime Minister Rama's international tour of meetings.
