Former President of the Republic, Bamir Topi, appeared at SPAK this Tuesday. After leaving the SPAK premises, he confirmed that he was questioned about the "January 21" issue, without providing many details.
In an interview with "News Line", analyst Artur Nura stated that "January 21" is a very important issue that needs to be clarified.
"Mr. Bamir Topi was one of the people closest to Berisha and made a clear divorce with Berisha for the model he had. We have four lives lost, that event was disturbing. And I believe that in the seriousness of this process, morally the punishment that will be given is the clarification of a truth that is blackened in our history. The justice institutions have the greatest responsibility for this blackening. Despite the problems that this system has highlighted, in this case, they have the historical responsibility to dot the "i". Morally, justice must be put in its place", said Nura.
