The political leader of the PL for the Berat Region, Lefter Maliqi, declared today that SPAK has officially taken the mayor of Kuçova, Kreshnik Hajdari, under investigation for 4 reports made against him.
According to Maliqi, in addition to these 4 reports filed by himself against Hajdar, other reports have also been filed by lawyer Arben Llangozi and MP Albana Vokshi. He adds that he recently filed a report regarding a 1 million euro tender in the Havalea area.
Referring to these allegations, Maliqi raises the question of why Hajdari has not yet been dismissed from office, while raising suspicions of political protection against him.
"“SPAK” officially under investigation for 4 reports of the convicted and incompetent Hajdari at the head of the Kuçovë Municipality, donated in 2019 and robbed in 2023. Plus 2 reports from Lawyer Arben Llangozi, plus 1 report from MP Albana Volshi, plus the last report from me for the 1 Million Euro tender in Havaleas. Meanwhile, the Berat Prosecutor's Office still has investigations for 4 Million Euros of Sinëci. The Tirana Administrative Court dismissed Hajdari's appeal for his dismissal, which he returned to the “CEC”, where we are waiting. The Special Court against Organized Crime sentenced Hajdari to 9 months in prison converted to 150 hours of work and did not appeal. Hajdari should have been dismissed on time by the Prime Minister and the “CEC”.
Who is still protecting him? Oligarch, Minister??? And why??? Why are they abusing Hajdari?? Who is Hajdari giving tenders to on his orders? Who is abusing him? Yes, these are part of the investigations in "SPAK", Hajdari will take them with him??? Why are they abusing him and what are their great benefits with the signature of the incompetent Hajdari? What are their bargains with some DP exponents against me for the failure of the Opposition? Why are they afraid?? Are they afraid that my name among the Democrats, the honest oppositionists who want change and are against dirty bargains together with the honest socialists, will ruin their personal interests that we will win the Berat and Kuçovë Municipalities?? Did you make bargains, you Rilinda thieves, in political and local power in the Berat Region and in collaboration with these 2-3 political exponents of the DP, you fought me and burned the 3rd mandate of the DP?
"If we were united as the DP and the opposition, 3 mandates in the DP would be certain. Forget that with your dirty money and corrupt affairs you will divide the opposition. The opposition will be cleansed and will win the Berat and Kuçovë Municipalities and nationwide, alongside experienced working people and new figures. The deals and dirty money will come out of your noses! You belong in prison," said Maliqi.
