Artan Hoxha has given some details from SKY ECC communications, among Albanian criminals, who have organized some of the most serious crimes, from drug trafficking to murder.
Invited to the show "The Unexposed", Hoxha revealed for the first time that the person nicknamed "Toto Rina" on SKY is actually Nuredin Dumani.
In a conversation discovered by SPAK, Dumani communicates with Bujar Gërmizin about an assassination that was being organized.
Hoxha said that Dumani has not revealed his nickname to SPAK even though he is an associate of justice, so he is expected to be interrogated again.
