The truck with drugs from Albania was caught on the border with Montenegro, Abazovic reacts: Proud of the work of the authorities

The Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazovic has reacted after the seizure of 300 kg of cannabis at the customs of Montenegro in the truck with wooden pallets that was brought in from Albania. He writes that he is proud of the results of the customs and police department.

"The officials of the Customs Directorate found a large amount of drugs in the cargo space this morning. The above-mentioned cargo was secured with a customs seal, but UPC officials, through risk analysis and intelligence work, singled it out for inspection and did a deed that deserves all praise," he said .

Father and son from Durrës tried to pass around 300 kg of cannabis through the customs of Montenegro. During the check on the truck loaded with boards and pallets, destined for Austria, the customs authorities discovered the amount of drugs.

The police escorted the two citizens and blocked the vehicle.
