The Special Court rejected the request of the former Minister of Defense Fatmir Mediu for the performance of a partial re-examination for the costs of the economic-financial damage of the dismantling of the Poliçan factory.
Judge Irena Gjoka argued that this will also be combined with other evidence and that the court will come to a conclusion.
According to the judge in the case, no evidence has any proven power or value.
The defense claimed in the last session that the expertise act is flawed in its content and claimed that the process of dismantling and demilitarization was based on untrue, inaccurate calculations.
The shifts, according to Mediu's lawyers, have false content.
The lawyers requested in this Wednesday's session that a private expertise, prepared by them, be taken as evidence and that a memo with their objections be included in the package.
The session started at 09:20 and continues, as Mediu's legal defense is presenting its objections regarding the answers of five experts in the two previous sessions.
Fatmir Mediu is also present at the session.
