Analyst Edvin Kulluri has ironized the Democratic Party's speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office. He said that fewer and fewer people are coming to the meetings called by Sali Berisha.
Kulluri stated that Berisha says "bravo to the people of Iran", referring to the protests in Tehran and other cities against the Ayatollah's regime, but on the other hand, the same spirit does not exist among the Albanian opposition and its supporters.
According to him, the most real protest of the year was Ervin Salianji's on Saturday against the democratic leadership in Korça, for its successive failures. Kulluri emphasized that at Salianji's, the participants are 30-40-45 years old, while at Berisha's they are 80-115 years old.
"The most valuable and successful protest this year was the Salianj protest in Korça, a protest against the leadership of the DP for the successive failures after Berisha's return to the party leadership. The cycle of failures from 2017 to 2021 by Mr. Basha continued and in fact the same team is around Berisha today, the same team and the same dome has failed successfully in 8 years when they took responsibility to lead the DP alone after we took a hit in the critical part in 2017 and continued the adventure by listing only the list of losses. This is the cold reality.
The opposition is fragmented, with few allies remaining the same as they were. Small parties are not joining the table.
There is also a big discussion within the DP today, about the number of participants in the halls of Berisha and Salianja. At Salianja, the participants are 30-40-45 years old, while at Berisha's they are 80-115 years old... these are the future of the DP who have been retired for 30 years. Berisha says bravo to the people of Iran who came out in every city 5-10 thousand people, over 500 people have been killed, they are sacrificing their lives for freedom... and these people do not sacrifice their armchairs to watch Big Brother, the members of the National Council to come out to the Prime Minister's Office, to their shame, but enough is enough, they mock the people, they mock the militants of the DP, they mock the fate of this country. The government is a failure and with big deficits where they talk about when one will be arrested and when the other. "And the opposition gathers fewer people than the Korça hunters' association, as Salianji said, but I would say as many as the hunters of Cërrik," Kulluri told "News 24".
