Low temperatures and snowfall have caused problems in the Dibra region. As a result, the country has been covered in frost and ice. During the night, temperatures in some remote areas have dropped to -10 degrees Celsius.

It is learned that problems have arisen in the supply of drinking water in several villages. Specifically, villages in the administrative units of Lura, Kala e Dodës, Muhurr, Selishtë, as well as several villages in the Trebisht and Ostren units have been blocked by snow. The thickness of the snow reaches over 40 centimeters in these villages.

There is also snow and ice on rural roads, so the municipalities of Dibër and Bulqizë are on the ground and working to open the road axes. This is so that vehicle traffic is not hindered due to this.
