The file and the wiretapping that Artan Lame was asked about in SPAK a few days ago is closed. The name of the former head of aluizni and cadastre appears in the wiretapping of subordinates' conversations about buying votes in 2019, in exchange for the legalization of housing built without permission.
SPAK is investigating an old file of corruption in the elections, where in the function of this proceeding, a few days ago, the former director of ALUIZNI and Cadastre, Artan Lame, was questioned for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
So far, the special prosecutor's office has indicted 4 people, but SPAK suspects that other officials and former officials are also involved in the scheme of granting permits for legalization against the vote and pressures for the workplace.
In the voluminous file provided by Euronews Albania, which contains hundreds of hours of wiretapping, Lame's name is also mentioned by his former subordinate Dritan Stoka, who was arrested in April of this year.
The talks date a few days before the local elections of June 30, 2019.
