- With VKM No. 873, dated 30.10.2015 and with VKM No. 266, dated 29.03.2017, Babloku donated to Gjergj Luca, 105 thousand and 124 thousand of the State Reserve Base in Labinot of Elbasan; of which, 25 thousand 531 m2 are buildings, while 79 thousand 593 m2 are land.
- With VKM No. 526, dated 25.07.2019, Babloku donated the Military Department in Gramsh, with an area of 28,960 m2; of which, 4185 m2 are buildings and 24 thousand 774 m2 are land.
- With VKM No. 701, dated 30.10.2019, Babloku donated to Gjergj Luca, the Transport Park of the Iron-Nickel Mine in Përrenjas, with an area of 10 thousand 287 m2; of which, 1100 m2 are buildings, while 9196 m2 are land areas.
- With VKM No. 394, dated 09.06.2022, Babloku has donated to Gjergj Luca, 4892 m2 of facilities at the former Sugar Factory in Maliq, where, without a government decision, Luc has usurped 1800 m2 of facilities and 2000 m2 of land. .
- According to the announcement in Bulletin No. 54, dated 12.04.2021 of the Public Procurement Agency, the Ministry of Agriculture has given Gjergj Luca, 4 square miles of sea area for fish farming in Cape Qefalit-Saranda as well as 8 thousand m2 of coastal space for 99 years free of charge.
- On 17.09.2020, the Ministry of Agriculture gave Gjergj Luca the Xarra Lake in Butrint, for the production of fish and mussels for a period of 30 years and without any tax in the state.
These assets were given to him with undisputed clientelism, but according to the information received in the "Pamphlet" from the Ministry of Finance; these assets are included within the company "Rozafa Sh.pk", in order to hide the income and not to pay taxes, part of the profit and taxes in the state.
