Who are the mobsters who are concreting even this little Albania we have left?
The National Council of the Territory held its next meeting this Tuesday where it approved 20 construction permits on the coast of Albania from Velipoja to Saranda. Most of them are resorts with the construction of villas, while a smaller number envisages the construction of hotels.
The first two permits on the agenda for coastal constructions were for the Lezha area with the beneficiary company Dukagjini Group, which is owned by the Kosovar businessman, Ekrem Lluka. Accused by the Kosovar opposition of being an oligarch of all systems, Ekrem Lluka has obtained two building permits in Shengjin.
The first permit is for the building "Residential building, Shengjin", while the second permit approved by KKT is Residential and service building and hotel and casino building.
But the two Shengjin permits are only a small fraction of the permits in the coastal areas approved the day before by the KKT. The vast majority of them belong to the Lalz coast and the South Riviera.
Permits are approved for the Port of Durres and Vlora
On the agenda at the KKT meeting were the two tourist port projects, that of Durrës and Vlora. For the Port of Durrës, KKT approved the construction permit for a total of 9 buildings.
More specifically, the construction permit was approved for the object: "Residential and service building with 1, 6, 7, 8 and 10 floors above ground, 1 floor partially underground parking and 1 floor underground parking" and "Residential and service building 1, 6, 7 and 8 floors above ground, 1 floor partially underground parking and 1 floor underground parking", Zone 02, Management Zone A02 and A04, located in "Durres Marina & Yachts", with the developer company "Durrës Marina" sh.a.
While for the Port of Durrës, the construction permit was approved for the object: "Residential accommodation structure and Marina Resort Vlorë", Block 2 (Object C4), located in the Municipality of Vlorë, with the developer company "Marina Residence Vlorë" sh.p. On the coast of Lalzi, the National Council of the Territory has approved permits for 4 projects. The first is the development permit for the object: "Hotel Structure and Services", located in Gjirin e Lalzi, Durrës Municipality, with the developer company "Prime Capital" sh.pk.
Likewise, the development permit has been approved for the object: "Hotel Structure", located on the Street: "Bregu i Detit", in Gjirin e Lalzi, Durrës Municipality, with the developer company "Emav Group" sh.pk.
Dy vendimet e tjera ishin miratimi i lejes së ndërtimit për fazën e tretë të resortit turistik “Lura 5” e Dod Doçit si dhe miratimi i lejes së ndërtimit për objektin “Adriatica Resort, me subjekt zhvillues shoqërinë “Edil Al-It” sh.p.k të familjes Dulaku. (Dod Doçi lëviz paratë e Metës).
Në bregdetin e Jugut janë miratuar një sërë projektesh. Mes tyre janë leja e zhvillimit për resortin Village Square, që do të ndërtohet nga Seaside Construction, një shoqëri që zotërohet nga Florenc Gjikuria, Bardhjus Bushaj dhe Erion Gina. (Gjikuria dhe Bushaj qarkullojnë paratë e Frangajt).
Shoqëria La Brisa, nën pronësi të Fatos Malajt dhe ish drejtorit të Bashkisë Tiranë, Elvin Tivari ka marrë lejen e ndërtimit për objektin “Godinë Shërbimi Hoteleri”, me vendndodhje në Dhërmi, Bashkia Himarë.”
Meanwhile, the other projects for which the construction permit has been approved belong to the Radhima area.
But the coast is not the only area where building permits are being approved in spades. Construction continues at an aggressive pace in the capital as well. A day ago, KKT approved construction permits for 7 towers or residential buildings in Tirana.
The Fusha company has managed to obtain a construction permit for a multi-functional building in Tirana, but the announcement does not specify where.
'Forever Construction' of Lefter Sotas has obtained the construction permit for the Tirana Lana Riverside Residences complex located on Gjergj Fishta Boulevard, while Geo Construction will build the Tirana East Tower Residence building, located on Gramoz Pashko Street. / Oligarchy
