Based on this, with mutual consent, it has been decided that the child Geraldina Zogu will be left to her mother Elia Zogu for growth and education in the apartment "Apartment ... with a total area of 257.93 m/2", of the building located behind the former Dajti Hotel that is made available to the child by the Father.

Financial obligations
According to the agreement, Leka Zogu will pay 1,000 euros monthly as alimony towards her daughter Geraldina. This amount includes expenses for the child's daily needs and will be paid into the Mother's bank account.
In any case, the parties agree that the Father will have full knowledge and information about how the payments are used. The obligation for this payment starts from the receipt of the final form of the decision for the dissolution of the marriage
The expenses for education and training of the child will be borne at the rate of 50 (fifty) % (percent) by each parent, except in cases where the educational institution will be designated by the father, who in this case will cover all expenses for education and training.
This value of the maintenance obligation will continue at the same rate until the child's needs have not changed.
When will Leka Zogu meet
Leka Zogu and Elia have agreed to spend equal time with Geraldina. The girl will spend every week an uninterrupted time, (staying at the father's residence) not less than 48 hours, (two full days), on Friday and Saturday including the company of the father and other social activities, cultural and educational where the child can engage during the period of stay with the father. The days of stay can be changed or extended at the request of the father, taking into consideration the participation in social and cultural activities related to the social status of the father's family.
The child will stay at Elia for five full days, including accompanying them to kindergarten or school, as well as other social and cultural activities where the child can be engaged.
In order to spend time with the child, to be able to present his paternal figure, in the problems of the child's day, during the time of the child's stay with the mother, the father has the right to meet the child. The time of stay will be agreed upon between the parents, but not less than 6 (six) hours per week.
In the summer holidays, which includes the months of June-July-August, the time with the parents will be divided equally and the child will stay with each of the parents up to 20 (twenty) days, which will be alternated by agreement between the parents.
During the winter holidays, the child will stay with the father from the end of the school cycle until December 30 in odd-numbered years and from December 30 to January 5 in even-numbered years.
On the day of the child's birthday, the parents will be together with the child and the celebrations, if there are any, will take place with the participation of both parents, in case the parents do not agree to spend it in another way.
In case the child has other vacations or other free time, the parents agree that this time will be divided equally.
However, depending on the agreement of the parents, each of the parents can keep the child even without being subject to the above restrictions.
