Lawyer Altin Hazizaj spoke about the tragic event in Shkodër, where a mother and her three children were found drowned in the Buna river.
He emphasized that there is a big legal error that the body of the 9-year-old girl was returned to her husband's family, while they have no right to make a decision about that girl.
"I still see that moral values prevail over the law. The matter of burying the four bodies is a right that belongs to the father, remove the case if the law intervenes. There is a big legal mistake, the girl's body has been returned to her husband's family, while they have no right to make a decision about that girl", he told "Euronews Albania".
