Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has stated that the immigrant agreement with Italy could not be made if Albania did not receive rent from the neighboring country for the territory it would offer.
Ngjela said that for the agreement and the territory offered, Albania could ask for 1 billion dollars.
He also added that the government has the right to lease territories of the country, but Rama may have made this agreement for free against Italy, since according to him, the prime minister considers himself the owner of Albania.
"Why is Rama asking for the rent for the land that will be given to the immigrants? I know that he has his own property, but in reality the property belongs to the Albanians. These are not received by a prime minister, due to corruption.
