Martin Leka: The imprisonment seems to me to have happened yesterday. Frangaj and I have been imprisoned as leaders of "Koha Jonë". On January 21, 30 years ago, I published an article in Koha Joňa that together with the facsimile of the interior minister of that time ordered the removal of officers' personal weapons. In this article it was said that every officer today weighs 2 kg less. I was in Gjadër, there had been a murder and I was told by an officer who had been present in the bar where the murder had happened.
