It is predicted that the weather will remain under the influence of stable air masses even during the night. Air temperatures will drop slightly both in the morning and in the afternoon, fluctuating daily values from the lowest -3°C in mountainous areas to the highest 14°C in coastal areas.
The wind will blow at an average speed of 40 km/h from the mainly north and northeast direction, generating waves over 2 fronts on the sea coasts

The first part of the day in Kosovo remains under the predominance of clearings and few cloudy passages, where clearings will be more visible in the western areas. It is predicted that after noon there will be a gradual approach of cold air masses towards the territory of Kosovo, making the weather even colder throughout the Republic of Kosovo. Air temperatures will drop again, registering the lowest value in Mitrovica -5°C, and the maximum will be 5°C in Gjakove. The wind will blow at an average speed of 35 km/h from the north-northeast direction, but the wind parameter is expected to intensify in the evening.
North Macedonia
Clear weather will remain dominant throughout the MV, but light cloudy passages are expected from time to time across the entire territory of the MV. Also, during Monday, the thermal situation will change, again bringing negative values to most of the MV, causing frost to continue to be present on the road axes. Air temperatures will drop again both in minimum and maximum values, fluctuating from the lowest -5°C in the mountainous areas to the highest 7°C in the Western and Southwestern areas. The wind will blow at an average speed of 40 km/h from the north, but during the night it will strengthen up to 50 km/h.

As a result of the presence of two powerful cyclonic centers respectively; in the north and northeast of the continent with influence up to the center of Europe will condition the weather in these regions where the Scandinavian peninsula and Eastern Europe will have significant snowfall as well as very low temperatures. Also with heavy rains and mini-wind storms will appear; the British Isles as well as Central Europe, while under the influence of somewhat more stable atmospheric conditions, the Iberian Peninsula and the Balkan Peninsula appear, causing frequent clear and cloudy periods to be dominant.
