Analyst Enton Abilekaj says that the details regarding the accusations against the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, for the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex show that the investigation was started for political balancing.
Invited to "Opinion", Abilekaj said that the fact that Berisha is among the people who have restrictions from SPAK shows that this is due to SPAK's desire for political balance.
Among other things, the analyst stated that we are dealing with a case that has no logic of investigation, where he also mentioned the case of three naval military bases which are in private hands.
"SPAK, when it received the file of the patron-Nazis, instead of investigating the patron-Nazis, investigated the 'pencil' and wanted to confiscate the 'pencil' and could not. We are talking about justice. The logic is that if we have justice in every act at the incinerators, we must had overturned the issue that those who are in prison should be free and those who violated the procedures should be in prison now.
