Successive scandals have involved Gjergj Luca's "Rozafa Fish City", where after the denunciation of violence against two women, the death of waiter Gazment Kurmaku in 2021 is also back in the spotlight. While the denunciators claim that they were raped by Emiliano Leka, identified as Edi Rama's former bodyguard and close to Luca, the businessman has reacted by attacking the media, without providing any clarification on the incident.

Although Edi Rama's oligarch promotes it on social networks as a great achievement that has employed hundreds of people and given vitality to Elbasan, in fact the scandals there are taking on frightening proportions.
Today, the denunciation of two women, who were raped inside the resort premises, has caused a stir, and the police have not even tried to stop the fire.
According to the complaint, they were physically attacked with punches while they had chosen to take a walk outside the restaurant. They managed to identify the attacker by name, Emiljano, who, after punching the customers, left. A police patrol went to the scene, but did not dare or was not allowed to enter the enclosure where the incident occurred.
It is learned that this is Emiliano Leka, Edi Rama's former bodyguard. The latter is sometimes presented as a partner and sometimes as Gjergj Luca's nephew, and is a name that has precedents.
But this is the next scandal to happen there, after in 2021, Gazment Kurmaku, a waiter employed there for years, was raped to death in Gjergj Luca's bar. He was punched by Erion Llapushi and ended up in a coma, where he died a few days later. Llapushi managed to escape, while he was sentenced in absentia to 11 years and 4 months in prison. He is still wanted. But what makes the fact worse is that Gjergj Luca never condemned the act and did not say a word about the murderer. Even when he was called to the police, he did not talk about the murder.
The "Rozafa Fish City" website itself stated that he died in an accident: " Gazment Kurmaku, one of our employees, one of our dedicated people, has passed away. After a fatal accident and a battle lasting several days, he was unable to make it, unable to stay with us again, to build our common dream. Farewell, our friend ."
Meanwhile, in the case of violence against women, Gjergj Luca remembered to react, saying nothing. In a video on social networks, he took revenge on the media, claiming that they want to impose a fine on him. But Gjergj Luca cannot hide the scandal. Instead of saying two words and apologizing for the rude behavior of his right wing, he comes out and attacks the media.
