
The body of Archbishop Anstas Inaullatos has arrived in Tirana. He passed away in a hospital in Athens after a several-day battle with the illness.
After the honors paid in Greece, his body has recently arrived at the premises of the Orthodox Cathedral, where it will remain until Thursday, when the funeral ceremony will be held. He was received with honors by hundreds of citizens. The Archdeacon was placed inside the cathedral, where a mass will be held first and then the homage will begin.

This important event is expected to be attended by high-ranking religious and political figures from the country and the world. The Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, will be present, accompanied by five ministers from his cabinet. The ceremony will also bring together representatives from all the country's metropolitan dioceses, leaders of other religious communities and diplomats from foreign embassies.
