After marching through the main streets of Tirana, the protesters returned to the Prime Minister's Office, reiterating their main demand for Rama's removal.
The 25th consecutive protest against Prime Minister Edi Rama ended again in front of the Prime Minister's Office building, where citizens stationed themselves and reiterated their main demand for his removal.
After the speeches held in front of the government headquarters, the protesters continued their march through the main streets of Tirana. Although rain partially accompanied the rally, the participants did not stop the protest and continued the movement until the weather improved.
The march passed from the Prime Minister's Office area towards the city center, near the 9-Katësheve, the Bank of Albania and the Shallvareve, and then returned to the "Martyrs of the Nation" Boulevard.
Throughout the route, citizens chanted in chorus the call "Rama resigns", which has become the main slogan of the protest since its launch.
Other chants against the government and the political class were also heard at the rally, including "Rama, Rama, f*ck you," a reference to Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement in an interview with the Financial Times.
Protesters also demanded the investigation and arrest of political figures, with chants such as "Arrest Balluk" and "Rama in prison, Berisha in prison."
At the end of the protest, participants declared that the mobilization will continue in the coming days, insisting that the demand for the government's resignation remains non-negotiable.
