After several hours of rallying in front of the Prime Minister's Office, the protesters dispersed, warning of an escalation of civic action in the coming days.

The protest held this afternoon on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard ended without incident after more than 3 hours, while the protesters dispersed.

At the end of the rally, the organizers declared that they would block road axes in various areas of Tirana.

Protesters have begun marching and settling in the capital's main square, Skanderbeg Square.

Even after moving to the center of Tirana, the tension and determination of the participants remained high. The citizens' calls continued in the same harsh tones, with the following main themes:

-Protection of the Albanian territory from government decision-making.

-The firm demand for the resignation of the government cabinet led by Edi Rama.

The march towards Skanderbeg Square marks another culminating moment of this rally, where citizens are showing resilience by not leaving even after hours on foot.

During the protest, citizens articulated demands against the government and the tourist project in the Zvërnec protected area, while there was no shortage of banners, national flags, and calls for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Meanwhile, the civic movement seems to have already taken on national and international dimensions. In addition to Tirana and Zvërnec, protests and support rallies have also taken place in cities such as Vlora, Korça and Elbasan, while its echo has also spread abroad, with organizations and support from the Albanian diaspora, including Munich in Germany.

One of the moments that attracted attention during the evening was the presence of the European Union Ambassador to Albania, Silvio Gonzato, who was seen among the protesters on the boulevard.

The protesters stressed that the mobilization will continue until their demands are met, calling for wider participation in future actions. According to them, the protest initiated to oppose the project in Zvërnec has turned into a broader civic movement against the government and the way of governance in the country.
