Eljan Tanini has stated that the problem with TikTok is not the platform itself, but the lack of social education and individual responsibility. He says that society does not know how to educate its users. According to Tanin, the responsibility is not only on TikTok, but also on schools, parents and society in general.
He emphasized that filters should be put in place so that users of the platform, who use TikTok for something positive, are not punished because of the harmful content that is shared by some individuals.
" Both the good and the bad become viral, the problem is us who don't know how to educate society and blame TikTok for the problem. It is the school, the parent society, we live in a fearful mass of ignoramuses. I know how TikTok is the problem. We have a road called TikTok and this road is not well paved and many accidents happen. Instead of regulating the communication of a social network, we close it altogether.
I am concerned about the massiveness of the violence we have as a society. It bothers me when the prime minister goes to England and says there are some blind people who oppose him. Who are you insulting? Some filters are put in place, why should I be punished for using TikTok for something good ", he said as a guest on Report Tv.
