Tomorrow we begin the legal battle regarding tender thieves and thieves of our taxes.
The next summons of the Mayor of Kučovo Kreshnik Hajdari will end in SPAK.
Kreshnik Hajdari, the current mayor of Kuçovo Municipality, has organized another dubious tender.
This time, the trick was found in the decoration of the city, where over 110 million old leks with VAT were spent with one drop of the pencil.
If we look at the technical documentation of the tender, we notice that in total only 27 banners will be produced per year for a period of 4 years, with a cost of about 1 million old lek per banner.
But beyond the high cost and the fact whether that number of banners will actually be realized, there is actually another, even bigger problem.
Only two companies took part in the tender, so we are dealing with a very short competition. Meanwhile, of the two participating firms, Hajdari announced the winner of the one that offered the most.
More specifically, it is about the tender that bears the reference number REF-93886-01-26-2024 and has as its object "Decor Service".
Abas Dajko, a natural person, was declared the winner of the tender, with the offer of 9,204,400 new lek without VAT or about 110 million old lek with VAT.
Meanwhile, if we compare this winning offer with the limit fund, it turns out that it is 95.4% of it.
All this adds to the suspicions that Hajdari of Kuçova has filled his pockets well by announcing the winner with the highest offer and this tender should be investigated.
