The Constitutional Court called as legal the first measure of SPAK against Sali Berisha, that of 'obligation to appear', stressing that there was no need for permission from the Assembly.
The debate about this decision was ignited in 'Studio Live' with Faik Basha, Hazgan Haklajn and lawyer Edmond Petraj.
Basha emphasized that Meta's accusations against the judges of the Constitution have been notarized at Lana.

Lawyer Petraj explained why the Constitutionalist made this decision.
"Every court is judged here when it doesn't suit everyone. The interpretation of the court has said that SPAK has acted correctly and that freedom has not been taken away. SPAK, after making the request to the court, did not consider it appropriate to make a request to the parliament. Logically, you do not turn to the Assembly What would come to the parliament. Although he would enjoy the freedom with the second decision, the SPAK has not evaluated it calling him as a defendant. He violated the court's decision," he said.
While Haklaj emphasized that Meta and Berisha was the most violent part in Albania. The Constitutional Court decided 8 to 0 against Berisha and according to him it is right that no authorization is required for the obligation to present.
"The decision of the GJK is unanimous, 8 to 0. It accepted one part and called it a legal arrest.
