With 8 votes in favor in the KLP, Aurel Zarka has been suspended from the position of head of the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora. The decision of the KLP came after the arrest of Zarka by order of SPAK, suspected of exercising illegal influence in several cases.

According to SPAK, the suspects have intervened, received and bribed justice officials in 8 criminal cases, 4 of which were related to the "Toyota Yaris" file since the file was at the Prosecutor's Office of Serious Crimes and then when it went to the Court of Tirana in the preliminary investigations up to the property investigations against the accused persons.
Among the other cases where the prosecutor has had an influence is the one regarding the property investigation against Suel Çela, launched by the operation "Forca e Lagiti". Here the chief prosecutor of Vlora tried to influence the prosecutors in the Special Prosecutor's Office.
Aurel Zarka intervened in the criminal case of a woman with the initials Xh. M., accused of attempted theft. Also in the non-initiation of a criminal proceeding for a referral, sent by the Himarë Police Station, to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Vlorë; The criminal case against citizens Altin Veizaj, etc., accused of the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotics", tried in the Court of First Instance of Vlora.
Details of the investigative file were made known by the Special Prosecutor's Office only 24 hours later after the arrest of Zarka, as soon as the State Police officially announced that it was able to execute only one of the 4 measures imposed "prison arrest" and precisely only for Aurel Zarka.
As for the other three measures Erjona Dautaj, who had currently completed the first year of the magistracy school as a judge, the lawyer Radovan Çela and the businessman Astri Vladi, the measures have not been executed as all three are abroad.
