The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reminded Albanians in Iran, providing instructions regarding the route they should follow to leave the country.
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs has issued a notice for Albanian citizens in Iran, providing instructions for those planning to leave for Albania via Turkey.
According to the announcement, Albanian citizens, residents or visitors in Iran, who intend to travel to Turkey through land border points between the two countries, are advised to immediately contact the Embassy of the Republic of Albania in Ankara before departure.
The Ministry emphasizes that prior communication with the embassy is necessary to enable consular assistance and to coordinate with the Turkish authorities, in accordance with their instructions.
According to the announcement, for any additional information or in case of need for assistance, citizens can contact the Embassy of Albania in Ankara at the following numbers: +90 (534) 080 37 65 and +90 (549) 561 19 85.
