The mystery of Ndrea Prendi's testimony in SPAK, in TIMS it turns out that he is abroad since May 21, 2023

New details have emerged from the appearance of the former commander of the guard, Ndrea Prendi, in the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK), regarding the case of 'January 21'.

Journalist Ermal Vija said in "ABC News" that Prendi's very presence in Albania is under strange circumstances. According to the TIMS system, he left Albania on May 21, 2023.

Meanwhile, police sources told ABC News that his presence in Albania either happened from Kosovo by land, or in third circumstances that are not well explained.

We emphasize that Prendi's summons came after SPAK registered criminal proceedings for 'January 21' after the decision of the Supreme Court.

It is the prosecutor Alfred Shehu who is developing the file of January 21, while, a few days ago, the wife and uncle of Aleks Nika, one of the victims of 'January 21', were called to testify. The wife said that she has submitted evidence and new facts. while the uncle said that this is a state crime.
