Misery and pain at the Oncology Hospital, women with cancer undergoing

A phenomenon is taking place at the Oncology Hospital that does not comply with any standards in a European country. Women fighting cancer are receiving chemotherapy sitting in ordinary chairs, without armchairs and without any kind of privacy.

The treatment is carried out without the basic equipment required by modern protocol. This situation puts patients at daily risk and exposes them to a treatment that cannot be called cure, but survival.

The images and description of this situation were published by journalist Osman Stafa, who documented the total lack of electric syringes and infusion pumps. Chemotherapy is given by gravity. This method, used decades ago, creates the risk of overdose, underdose and allergic reactions without any safety alarms.

The staff emphasizes that the hospital does not use port-catheters. Patients pierce their veins at each session, which is painful and risks tissue damage. In any country with normal standards, the port is placed at the beginning of treatment.

Post

This is not chemotherapy.

This is survival.

In 2025, women fighting cancer are treated like this: seated in ordinary chairs, without armchairs, without privacy, without minimal conditions of dignity.

No electric syringe.

No infusion pump.

Chemotherapy is given with gravity, a practice from the 80s, with the risk of overdose, under-dose, blockage, allergic reactions without any warning. Lives at risk due to technical poverty.

No cat port.

Patients pierce their veins every time, with pain, with the risk of extravasation, with tissue being burned and destroyed. While in any normal place the port is placed at the beginning of the treatment, for safety, dignity and life.

These women are not receiving treatment.

These women are enduring a system that has given up.

This is the reality of Oncology today.

And every day that it remains silent, patients are treated in unacceptable conditions for a country that claims to be European.

This is not their story.

This is the state's responsibility.

Do zoti t'ju dali shpirti nga b@tha te gjithe atyre qe gatuan kete corbe!
