The messages on the phone of Erisa Xixho's father, who was placed under house arrest by the Special Court with MP Monika Kryemadhi and former president Ilir Meta, are part of the evidence provided by SPAK, from the investigations against them.
According to the prosecution, Monika Kryemadhi has benefited from the activity of the company UNIFI Holdings branch Albania, as well as benefiting from payments for material goods from Adrian Shatku. The benefits consist of payments for Monika Kryemadhi's travel and accommodation in America and England, payments for purchases in Maccapani stores in the amount of 12,000 USD, payment in the amount of 3,200 euros for education expenses for Bora Metaj, etc.
Also, Monika Kryemadhi has benefited from an American Express credit card no. 374323115131009 which was issued by the American Express company, the bank account from which the card was recharged has not yet been identified by the British authorities.
From the data of the conversations and emails, it was proven that Monika Kryemadhi has also benefited from the economic activity of the company UNIFI Holdings Inc, Branch Albania, and in at least two cases she is the beneficiary of two sums of 34,638 Euros. Monika Kryemadhi together with Ilir Meta have used their political power to keep under control and to order the Chairman of AKEP, the citizen Piro Xixho to create all the conditions in order for the company UNIFI Holdings Dega Albania to conclude an interconnection contract with the company Vodafone , as well as to benefit as many minutes as possible for transit.
From the conversations held between Monika Kryemadhi and Piro Xixho, it appears that the latter has established his authority as chairman of the AKEP management council, completely in function of the economic and political interests of Llir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi, violating the legal obligation that defines that "AKEP is a legal entity, public, which is managed by the Governing Council, which is independent in making decisions and operates on the basis of the internal regulation, approved by itself. The Governing Council consists of 5 members, who are elected by the Assembly, with the proposal of the Council of Ministers". In his messages to Monika Kryemadhi, Piro Xixho addresses the latter by the name "Mona", while when it comes to Llir Meta, he addresses her by the names "shefi" and "I madhi".
As mentioned above, according to the body of the accusation, it is documented that Monika Kryemadhi and Ilir Metaj, in cooperation with each other, committed the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of high state officials and elected officials", through the direct receipt of an irregular benefit for herself and for others, to perform an action related to the task or function and specifically to their being, respectively, MP and Speaker of the Assembly/Chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration. Also, according to the prosecution body, the person under investigation, Piro Xixho, in cooperation with the other persons under investigation, Ilir Metaj and Monika Kryemadhi, in the role of the latter's assistant, consumed the elements of the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of high officials" state and elected officials" provided by articles 260 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
