MP Monika Kryemadhi spent 12,000 euros in one day at the store in San Marino, according to the details in the file of the Special Prosecutor's Office.

On September 25, 2014, while in San Marino, Monika Kryemadhi tried to make a purchase at "Ferreti boutique" but the American Express (AMEX) card was not accepted and she informed Adrian Shatku about this fact via WhatsApp message. From the inspection that was made to the bank account no. 390127 of Monika Kryemadhi, it turns out that on September 25, 2014, Monika made a purchase at the Ferreti Boutique store, in the amount of 3,000 Euros (432,096 lek®️), paid with card no. 411418**5349 linked to her bank account which has been debited.
Subsequently, Monika Kryemadhi made a purchase at the Maçapani store, but the card was again not accepted. Regarding the rejection of the AMEX Black card, Adriani replied that maybe the card company remembered that the card was stolen and after making a phone call, he told Monika that he could use it. Following this, Monika again did not complete the purchase and Adriani wrote to her that the obstacles are caused "Because you have never used it".
Monika writes that "I used it since 2.7". Adriani informs Monika that the company "reset" the card and you can use it. From the conversations, it appears that the payment for the purchase in the amount of 12 thousand (Euro or USD) was successfully completed. Monika begs them to leave the card open just in case, and Adrian writes to her that they remembered she was American and it didn't make sense for it to be both a black and closed card.

With letter No. 1205/2 Prot. date 09 July 2024, the Judicial Authority of San Marino, in response to the executed letter, forwarded an extract of the bank accounts of the company Maçapani, with registration number 3513, COE 19622, to Banca Agricola Commerciale. In the current account statement no. 06/01/62737 in Euro currency of the company Maça-Pani SRL, with the data for the period 24 - 30 September 2014, it is evident that on 26 September 2014, the amount of 12,000 Euro was credited. The description of the payment is "Cash with POS, date 25.09.2014. The account does not show any other payment made on September 25, 2014. The value in question, credited to the account of this store/boutique, matches the conversations held at the same time on the Whatsapp social network between the person under investigation Monika Kryemadhi and citizens Adrian Shatku.
On September 29, 2014, Adrian Shatku wrote to Monika Kryemadhi "Can you tell Mondi to meet with him on Thursday at dinner or on Friday from 10 o'clock in the morning?" I also sent him a message." Monika Kryemadhi answers: "Of course, but this one of mine has to call today. What was the problem with the regular one? That they drove me crazy because they told me "that I'm ruining Adrian's work".
