The SPAK file/ Kastriot Ismailaj issued 700 thousand euros in fictitious invoices in 2 years, Ilir Meta's friend and the financier of LSI received 320 thousand euros

In the SPAK file, as the CEZ-DIA affair is explained, the Prosecutor's Office records 700 thousand euros of fictitious DIA invoices of Kastriot Ismailaj.

Of these fictitious payments, SPAK records one towards the company NEREIDA, owned by the father of Arjan Laçi, who was one of the co-founders of DIA, also an early friend of Ilir Meta. Laçi received 320,000 euros, and later it turned out to be a financier of the Socialist Movement for Integration.

"Kastriot Ismailaj has made fictitious transfers even during the duration of the contract. He has paid the company "Nerieda" in the amount of 31 902 000 Lek (the contract signed on 02 September 2010 with DIA and the transfer of money to the account of NEREIDA during the year 2010-2011) and "Barita International Limited", for the identification of debtors in the amount of 100,000 USD while this process has not been completed. The company DIA paid 16,800,000 lek to the company "BTf" for the purchase of machines, while it was proved that the company "BIT" did not buy machinery and equipment. The DIA company has made payments to the ESF company in the amount of 4,545,771 eke and to the AIC company 6,500,000 lek. with the description of office reconstruction, while this process has not been completed, these fictitious payments made during the year 2010 201l. To be emphasized is the fact that according to the administered documentation it appears that the company "Nereida" sh.pk had as a partner the citizen Nikolin Laçi, who is also the father of the citizen Arjan Laçi, who was also the administrator of this company. The investigation of this criminal proceeding has proven that Arjan Laçi was a friend of the citizen Ilir Metaj and at the same time financially supported the LSI party, whose chairman was precisely the person under investigation Ilir Meta.

Also, it should be highlighted the fact that, as mentioned above, the citizen Arjan Laçi was initially a partner of the company "Debt International Advisory" (together with the citizen Kastriot Ismailaj), founded on 07.05.2010. with a capital of 50 thousand USD, with headquarters at the address "Trident Chambers, Kutia Posrare 146. Road Toën, TorJola British Virgin islands", according to the SPAK file.
