The intense rainfall that has covered the country throughout Tuesday has created difficulties in some areas, while the structures of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy announce that they are working at full capacity to manage the situation. According to the report at 21:00, the groups of ARRSH, OSSH, AKUK and all the readiness teams are on the ground without interruption.
In the northern region, traffic continues normally and without problems, while contractors remain on full alert. In the south, the situation also appears stable, however, in the Krane–Syri i Kaltër segment, water has been reported on the road near the lake of the Bistrica 3 HPP. Maintenance teams, in cooperation with the Traffic Police, are managing the situation. In the Korça region, all axes remain passable.
The OSSH reports that there are currently 21 feeders out of service, mainly in northern and rural areas, with many of them in deep mountainous terrain. There are also problems with two 35 kV lines that supply Malësia e Madhe and Nënshkodra.
Temporary outages were recorded in the transmission network due to atmospheric emissions, but all lines have been restored to function without consequences to supply.
Rainfall in the last few hours has reached up to 20 mm/hour in the Drini basin, while 180 mm of rainfall has been recorded in the Koman-Vau i Dejës basin. Flows are increasing and are expected to increase until after midnight.
The Ministry of Environment and Water announces that the drinking water supply is optimal throughout the country, with systems operating normally. Wastewater treatment plants and sewerage systems are also functioning without problems.

Throughout Tuesday, intense rainfall continued throughout the country, creating difficult situations in several areas. Structures under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy have been on the ground since yesterday evening and have intervened to manage the identified problems. Work continues uninterrupted even in the evening hours, while the groups of ARRSH, OSSH and AKUK are maximally engaged in the field.
SITUATION ON ROAD AXES
Northern Region
• Vehicle circulation continues normally on all road axes, without problems.
• All contractors are on standby with tools and manpower.
• Temperatures are in positive values.
Southern Region
• The circulation of vehicles continues without problems and the situation appears stable.
• Temperatures are in positive values.
• On the Krane – Syri i Kaltër road segment, near the Bistrica 3 HPP lake, there is water leaking onto the road. The maintenance company, in cooperation with the Traffic Police, is on site to manage the situation.
• Në Qarkun Korçë, të gjitha akset rrugore janë të qarkullueshme dhe pa problematika.
FURNIZIMI ME ENERGJI ELEKTRIKE
Rrjeti shpërndarës
• Aktualisht janë 21 fidera jashtë pune, kryesisht në zonat veriore.
• Rreth 85% e avarive janë në zona rurale, ku më shumë se gjysma ndodhen në territore të thella malore.
• Dy linja 35 kV paraqesin probleme, duke ndërprerë furnizimin me energji për disa nënstacione në Malësinë e Madhe (Koplik, Bajzë, etj.) dhe në zonën e Nënshkodrës (Velipojë, Trush, etj.).
Rrjeti i transmetimit
Janë regjistruar stakime të përkohshme të disa linjave, të shkaktuara nga moti me shkarkime atmosferike:
• L110kV Fierzë – F. Arrëz dhe L110kV Kukës – Lapaj: Për 5 minuta pa tension në disa nënstacione (F. Arrëz, Lajthizë, Kalimash, Tunel, Kukës) dhe disa HEC-e. Linjat janë rikthyer në punë.
• L110kV Korçë – Ersekë dhe L110kV Përmet – Lengaricë: Pa tension për 5 minuta në n/st Ersekë, Leskovik dhe HEC Lengaricë. Funksionimi është normalizuar.
• L220kV Fierzë – HEC Peshqesh: Stakim i momentit, është rikthyer menjëherë në linjë pa sjellë kufizime në furnizim.
• Aktualisht nuk ka defekte apo avari aktive në elementet e sistemit të transmetimit. Brigadat janë në gatishmëri të plotë.
SITUATA NË KASKADËN E DRINIT
• Reshjet vijojnë me intensitet të lartë (4–20 mm/orë) në të gjithë stacionet e basenit të lumit Drin.
• Në pellgun ujëmbledhës të Koman–Vau i Dejës janë regjistruar rreth 180 mm reshje.
• Reshjet pritet të vazhdojnë me këtë ritëm edhe 4–6 orët në vijim.
• Prurjet në kaskadë janë rritur dhe do të vijojnë të rriten deri pas mesnatës.
FURNIZIMI ME UJË TË PIJSHËM
• Furnizimi me ujë është optimal, me të gjitha sistemet në operim normal dhe me kapacitet të plotë.
• Impiantet e trajtimit të ujërave të ndotura dhe kanalizimet funksionojnë normalisht, përfshirë stacionet shtytëse dhe impiantet përkatëse.
• Grupet e gatishmërisë po operojnë me 3 turne në të gjithë vendin dhe janë të pranishme në të gjitha veprat me rëndësi të sektorit.

• Për shkak të kushteve të vështira meteorologjike, disa avionë janë vendosur në “hold” në pritje të përmirësimit të motit.
• Deri tani kanë devijuar drejt Brindisit dy fluturime të “Ryanair” nga Roma dhe Pisa.
The structures under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy are continuing to work at full capacity in all sectors of infrastructure, energy, water supply and transport. Despite the intense rainfall and the problems recorded, the situation is under continuous monitoring and is being actively managed to guarantee the safe functioning of vital services.
