As DP leader Sali Berisha will appear before SPAK tomorrow for the January 21st trial, lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu said that SPAK has provided evidence that the January 21st murders were a state-ordered crime.
Invited to the show 'Repolitix', he said that it is necessary to find out who the person is who ordered the shooting at the protesters.
"I think the prosecution has evidence that the January 21 murder is a state crime and was committed on orders. But the question is whether the prosecution will be able to find evidence from whom. The prosecution has consolidated the puzzle that we are dealing with a state crime, but whether it will manage to find out who ordered it remains to be seen. This is more important because it is not enough to simply say that it is a state crime ," he said.
