"Communication ban, unheard of before", Boçi for SPAK's request to Berisha: Political investigation, judicial bodies in conflict of interest!

The former DP deputy, Luciano Boçi, has stated that Berisha's investigation has a lot of absurdity and conflict of interest.

In an interview for the show "Open" on "News 24", he emphasized once again that one of the judges in the case, Irena Gjoka, is in a conflict of interest, since many years ago she was dismissed from her position precisely by Sali Berisha.

As for SPAK's request to change the measure against him, to house arrest with police supervision, as well as the prohibition of communication with people outside his family, Boçi called it absurd.  

" We are in an absurd situation... the lawyers have presented convincing facts and evidence that the prosecutor is in a conflict of interest. The essence of the investigation against Berisha is a conflict of interest, and the judicial body that judges him is in a conflict of interest. It is a political investigation against Berisha as leader of DP, but also against the opposition and DP as a whole. I have never heard of measures of house arrest with supervision and interruption of communication with the public. This right is profoundly and humanly right, even more so when it is attached to a person with political power. There are many legal inconsistencies" , said Boçi.
