The National Council of the Territory has approved the construction permit for the Lana Riverside Residences project with the construction company Forever Construction.
Lana Riverside is a massive construction complex consisting of several towers, one of which will be 56 floors. The project site is on Gjergj Fishta Boulevard near the premises of the former European University of Tirana, where according to the permit the entire project will have over 156 thousand square meters of construction.
With 56 floors, Lana Riverside officially becomes the tallest tower in Albania. According to the technical indicators, it will have a height of 204.5 meters and will be raised in the form of a cylinder.
Founded in November 2018, Forever Construction is 100 percent owned by Lefter Sota, a businessman in the field of iron trading. Recently, this company is one of the biggest beneficiaries of construction permits in the capital with several construction projects totaling over 500,000 square meters of construction.
Vecc Lana Riverside the same company has received permission for two more towers, one in Don Bosco and another in Eighth Brigade Street. Building permit for the object: "Manhattan I - Residential and service building", located near "Asim Vokshi" and "Don Bosko" Streets, in the Municipality of Tirana" and building permit for the object: "Mixed function building, service, hotel and residential", located on "Brigada e VIII" Street, in the Municipality of Tirana./Capitali
