The second largest investment for the Diaspora, after Pandeli Majko's 'Don't Get Hot' in 2020...

While Albanians in the Diaspora have joined the massive protest in Tirana for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the government, because they have been mired in corruption scandals, land grabbing, and connections with the drug and concrete mafia, Edi Rama has made another mockery of them.

Through the Diaspora Publishing Center, which reports to the Minister of Education, Mirela Kumbaro, Prime Minister Edi Rama has allocated a "special" fund of 2,500 euros to donate 500 books to Albanians in the Diaspora for the development of skills and intuition in several fields of knowledge.

It is neither a scientific nor an artistic book, but rather a fun game titled "Knowledge Quiz", which includes 104 different quizzes, adapted according to level for children, young people and the elderly.

The tender for the printing of 500 books with knowledge quizzes was published on July 6, 2026 and was held within 24 hours, on July 7, as an "emergency program" announced by the government, to test and develop the skills of Albanians in the Diaspora.

The content of the game book "Knowledge Quiz" was prepared by specialists from the Diaspora Publishing Center, led by Mimoza Çuliqi, and assisted and supported by specialists from the Ministry of Education under the direction of Minister Mirela Kumbaro, while approval was given by "Global Leader" Edi Rama.

These 500 copies of quiz books will be delivered to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, who will immediately send them to Albanians in the Diaspora through embassies.

At this stage of opening the chapters of negotiations with the European Union, this quiz book has two indicators with important values for the integration of Albanians in the Diaspora:

· 3 pieces will be given away for free for every country where there are Albanians; and it is the second largest "historic" investment that Prime Minister Edi Rama has made during his 13 years in power, for the development of intuitive skills and the entertainment of Albanians in the Diaspora.

The first investment was made in July 2020, when former Minister for Diaspora, Pandeli Majko, sent 2,000 "Don't let the game get too hot" cards for free.

The book with 104 quizzes was prepared after the book "The Albanian Files" by Edi Rama, with 523 projects for towers and resorts./ Pamphlet
