Will the price of apartments go down or up? The show "Opinion" on Tv Klan tried to answer this question. But during the discussions among the experts in the studio, another question arose. Pristina or Tirana, which is more expensive in terms of apartment prices?
"If we take the maximum square meter in Pristina of an apartment, it goes somewhere around 2,800 euros per square meter," said Valon Batusha, from Pro Real Estate, Pristina.
According to him, price increases have occurred everywhere, including in Pristina.
The difference, according to Batusha, is the fact that "Tirana has developed significantly better both in terms of quality and in terms of much more qualitative development."
But how does the price change in Tirana?
"If you call the maximum price 2800 euros, it follows that the maximum price in Albania is at least double that in Pristina," said journalist and host of the "Opinion" show, Blendi Fevziu.
Batusha said that in the center of Pristina prices range from 1,800 euros to 1,900 euros per square meter.
On the other hand, Erion Harizi, from the Builders Association in Albania, said that in Tirana it costs three times the price in Kosovo.
"We have three times the size of Kosovo per square meter," he said.
Batusha also said that in Kosovo there is talk that there are properties in Albania that cost as much as 10 thousand euros per square meter. But this was denied by Dritan Shakohoxha.
"He's on Instagram, he's not," said Shakohoxha.
The real estate agent said that Kosovo Albanians have a high demand for property on the Albanian coast. According to Batusha, this happens when buyers usually have an apartment for their own needs in Kosovo, they have the opportunity to buy a second one for business within the country and then, the third option is Albania.
