The prosecutors, after learning about the media report about the content of this status, asked the judge Irena Gjoka to exclude the lawyer Simoni, as he had prejudiced and commented about the subject of the investigation in this process, Sali Berisha.
This request of two SPAK prosecutors was accepted by the court, which then decided to postpone the hearing for today, appointing two other lawyers mainly, but without revealing their names./Ora News
