The privatization of the former Sports Complex "Partizani" has caused debates between the lawyer of the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Genc Gjokutaj and the analyst Arjan Curri.
As they discussed for "Top Story" regarding the change in the law on the privatization of properties approved at the time when Berisha was prime minister, analyst Arjan Curri said that "at least Berisha should not vote for it himself, as he has fallen into a conflict of interest", as a from the owners who would benefit was his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.
Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, argued that the law was for all owners.
The debate between them:
Curri: Don't vote for him yourself
Gjokutaj: There are 64 owners, shouldn't they take the properties?
Gjokutaj: He should either not be prime minister, or not marry his children
Curri: The conflict of interest law says so
Gjokutaj: Hey, what's this, you're in trouble
Meanwhile, journalist Alban Dudushi said that by dragging out the process "you are affecting the extension of the prison term for Berisha's son-in-law".
Dudushi: Why don't you let the tale of SPAK be dismantled. Why so agitated?
Gjokutaj: It has started to be dismantled
Gjokutaj: I'm here, they beat me, you say don't mess with them
Dudushi: Who beat you?
Dudushi: You are prolonging the prison for Malltez, the longer you prolong it, the longer he stays there
Gjokutaj: Dealing with the deputy, without going to the parliament...
Curri: You're right there!
