Journalist Nikoll Lesi was invited to the podcast "Të Pashoj" on the "Pamfleti" YouTube channel, where he analyzed the elections and what is expected to happen next.
Lesi initially stated that regardless of the result, the achievement of new parties entering Parliament is a good sign.
"For me, the new parties have achieved acceptable success, as they are newly created parties. It is not a small number of 2 mandates and 1 mandate. However, they will enter Parliament and are a voice that will be prepared for the 2029 elections. But the opposition must, without any hesitation, find a solution for the 2027 elections," said Lesi.
Asked about Berisha's call to not recognize the elections and protest their theft, Lesi said that this approach is the most wrong way and that Berisha's protests have faded with time.
"I have seen both the DP and the SP with protests. Berisha's protests are no longer the same as in the past. When the doctor had his own problems beyond immunity and arrest, he asked for all the democrats to gather in front of the parliament. I sent my people there and 500 people gathered ," said Lesi.
Regarding Berisha's resignation due to the catastrophic loss in these elections, Nikollë Lesi said that the latter will not resign, the reason according to him could be family and personal problems that do not allow him to leave.
"The doctor knows, but in my opinion, I think there may still be personal, family problems, I don't know, I can't say, this accusation is a bit serious. But the fact that he also told her that the elections are not fair shows something ," he declared.
