The Mayor of Lezhë Pjerin Ndreu appeared this morning at SPAK.
The Mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, left the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office, after being interrogated for about an hour.
In a communication to the media, Ndreu stated that he was summoned as a person in the investigation for the criminal offense "Abuse of duty", after a denunciation made by the DP of Lezha.
He adds that in this case there are 0 violations of procedures, 0 corruption and 0 economic damage, but according to him, the PD of Lezha does not agree on a sidewalk.
"The reason is a call for a case that has been denounced by DP. What should be said is 0 violation of procedures, 0 corruption and 0 economic damage.
There is a procedural problem, where the DP in Lezhë does not agree to make the sidewalk available to the people.
We are in the process, I told the explanation, I will give it back. I was in the capacity of the person under investigation for the criminal offense of abuse of office.
It is a political report, but it is not related to any violation.
It seems that the community service that we have done has not suited the DP of Lezha, so they are where they are", said Ndreu.
