Edi Rama's meeting with Tirana Municipality employees in Skanderbeg Square shows, according to Neritan Sejamini, that he has more power than anyone else.

Meanwhile, analyst Arjan Curri said that in this meeting, the detail that caught his eye was that most of the employees were wearing large sunglasses, even though there was no sun, and also with scarves covering their faces.
This, according to him, shows that they did not want to be there. Further in his analysis, Curri says that Rama's speech was 'like God speaking to the crowd' and that it was showing that 'the anti-God is SPAK who is taking the angels'.
" I want to go into a little detail, if you look at these images, you can see the sunglasses even though there was no sun. And the hood on the head. Some keep their heads down. Sunglasses are worn when there is no sun or to hide the face or at funerals. Look at how many people are dressed in black there. Now what was there.
