The Special Prosecution Office SPAK has published the strategy for the Investigation and Prevention of Electoral Crime for the May 11 elections.
This strategy consists of several steps, first through field verification of indications or facts regarding the commission of criminal offenses within the framework of the elections.
Secondly, the control and verification of reports that raise reasonable suspicions about the misuse of the budget and public investments during the election period.
Third, monitoring the media and social networks for possible indications of criminal acts committed during the elections. This entire process will be organized by SPAK in cooperation with other institutions, such as the General Prosecutor's Office, the Central Election Commission, the State Police and various organizations that monitor the electoral process.
" The Special Prosecution Office publishes the "Strategy for the Investigation and Prevention of Electoral Crime: 2025 Parliamentary Elections", which is based on: Field verification of indications or facts regarding the commission of criminal offenses in the context of the 2025 Parliamentary Elections, under the jurisdiction of the Special Prosecution Office.
Verification of reports that raise reasonable suspicions about the misuse of the budget and public investments during the election period by special entities.
Monitoring the media and social networks for possible indications of criminal offenses committed in the context of the elections.
