The court session in charge of Sali Berisha's son-in-law is postponed again.
Jamarbër Mlltezi appeared before the court in the afternoon to familiarize himself with the security measure for the affair with the Partizani Club, but the session has been postponed again. Initially, the lawyers of Malltez and the builder Fatmir Bektashi asked for 2 hours to familiarize themselves with the file. According to the sources, a little while ago they made a second request asking for two more hours, which was accepted by the court. It was decided that the session will be held at 18.00
For Malltez, GJKKO has requested arrest with prison for the privatization of the "Partizani" complex, while for Bektashi, an obligation to appear. The same measure has been requested for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who does not recognize the charge, accusing the majority of political attacks.
