Student assessment records will now remain part of the archive as starting this school year any information related to students will be uploaded online to the SMIP system.
According to the Ministry of Education, all students in pre-university education, who have not yet registered through the e-Albania portal, but continue to study physically, must register online by September 30.
Through the online register, it is intended to bring parents closer to the school, finding out in real time the grades or absences of their children, as well as the qualifications of the teachers or the educational topics developed.
"In the following year 2023-2024, we will not have physical records, everything will be given through the SMIP system and if not all students are in the system, we will not have the opportunity to give receipts or inform parents about their progress. There may be parents who skipped it with the idea that they are from the area and will definitely register, they left it for the last minute. Even in other schools, there are cases where they are physically at school but are not registered", announced the Ministry of Education.
