Analyst Artur Zheji says that the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK) is an institution established and guaranteed by the Americans and he does not believe that it is doing politics, or is being used.
In the show "Real Story" on ABC News, Zheji said that SPAK receives orders from Washington to hit politicians, left and right, where they have evidence.
" I think that, and I have so far supported SPAK, which is an organization set up by Americans, guaranteed by Americans. I think maybe the only thing they could have done, being intimidated and under the pressure of this whole doctor thing, they had Rakip Suli's file, they could have fermented it for a few more weeks, but they've released it now, they are advancing it now. If you accept that SPAK is doing politics, that SPAK is used or usable, I do not believe this.
SPAK is the first station that will attack the Albanian political system left and right. I think there are orders coming from where they are today, from Washington, to put the bulldozer where they have evidence to hit, left or right. Once this bulldozing is done by SPAK, the anti-politics march can begin ," he emphasized.
