Following the reported problems on the Librazhd-Elbasan axis, another major public investment appears to be facing damage even before the works are completed. This is the Elbasan Auto Moto Park, a project with a declared cost of 190 million euros, declared as a priority investment.
Images posted on social media show cracks and significant damage to the road connecting the Moto Park. In the video and photos, the asphalt appears cracked and deformed in some areas, although the project has not yet been inaugurated. The situation has raised questions about the quality of the works and the standards applied in the construction.
The project covers an area of about 50 hectares along the Shkumbin River and envisages the construction of a 4.4-kilometer race track for cars. In addition to the track, the plan includes the National Road Safety Academy, the Retro Museum and the Academy of Restoration of Historical Vehicles.
Prime Minister Edi Rama has previously described this investment as a project that is not simply a racing circuit, but a "new engine for the economy", expressing the ambition for Albania to host Formula 1-level races in the future. He stated that the project was designed in collaboration with international expertise and contains innovative elements within the standards of the F1 circuit family.
Edi Rama you are a laughable little man who thinks that you are a great leader. Actually you are a joker that does superficial things with no significance for the future of little Albania
